Summary: First off let me say the staff was gracious and hospitality was top tier. The room was beyond our expectations and very very cozy. However there was a smell coming from the carpet that was somewhat unbearable. Not sure if it was an oversight on the cleaning crew or what but I would suggest a deep clean of the carpet sooner than later. Other than that great experience! Thank you.

Summary: Breakfast is a joke. $15 for a "buffet" that consists of only "eggs" potatoes and sausage or bacon. Basic fruit and cereal. Not even a pancake or waffle machine. Hotel was run down and in great need of a remodel. Only thing good was the location

Summary: Bed made a lot of noise beside door was not secured and was unlocked all night all day and anyone could easily access bathroom tub was not as clean the Wi-Fi never worked and did not have much help trying to get it to work

Summary: I arrived at 3pm to check in and still did not have a room available until I asked for a different room at 5pm. I was there for a concert at 7pm so I was super rushed to get ready and get to the venue. I also had to ask for a different room after being told at least 3 times that my room wasn’t ready. Very disappointing. The room was clean enough, carpet is outdated and not very clean. The manager advised another guest that had been there since Tuesday (this was Friday) that they were short staffed although he made repeated requests for his room to be cleaned it hadn’t been cleaned once. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Summary: The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who greeted me warmly. However, the room itself left much to be desired. The bed was uncomfortable, providing little support for a good night’s sleep, and the mattress was stained and squeaked. The bedding created a sense of unease. Overall, the accommodations did not meet my expectations.
